Which areas do you cover?
We currently cover the whole of the West Midlands with all travel being included within our packge prices. We are happy to travel further afield, but this may incur extra travel costs.
Can I hold the party at home?
We request that you hire an external venue for your party such as a local church hall or community centre. This is ensure that we have enough space to be able to play all of our magical games fully and safely. We have a whole host of venues across the West Midlands that we are happy to recommend – please ask us for more information!
How long do you need to set up/pack down?
We need around 45 minutes to set up and approximately 30 minutes to pack down again at the end of the party.
Are your entertainers DBS (formally CRB) checked?
Yes, absolutely - all of our party hosts are fully DBS checked. We do however request that one adult (usually a parent or guardian of the child who is having the party) is on hand in the party room at all times. He or she will be ultimately responsible for the wellbeing of the children attending the party.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, Smarty Parties is currently covered by Public Liability Insurance to the value of £5,000,000.
